About my music
I have started to compose music in 2003, supported by my dear friend and also composer Dragana Petković. We both composed primarily for children in Elementary Music School . Our work probably would not be so successful without guidance and support of our dear friend Pianist, Composer and Piano Teacher from UK , Mr. Philip R. Buttall to whom we are very grateful.

Mr. Philip R.Buttall Pianist, Composer and Piano Teacher from UK had the time and knowledge to guide us until our first book ,,Vežbe i kompozicije za klavir" (Piano Exercises & Pieces) was published. Our book was published in 2005 , by Narodna knjiga - Beograd.
Here , you will find some videos I made for online presentation of Pieces from this book. They are all only as an illustration of how they should sound and all were recorded on computer. Live performances of some of my pieces you can find on page Pedagogy.

From the book... The book '' Piano Exercises & Pieces'' for elementary music school has fully emerged from practice - working as a piano teacher.There are two main reasons for its creation. The first is the need to design exercises for those children who are the most numerous participants of today's elementary music school and get the best of their abilities and predispositions for the amount of time they can devote to practicing piano. Another reason is that students of different types of musical ability can easily be introduced into the world of music art, meeting the basic elements of shape, from the most basic to moderately complex, and at the end introducing students with main styles in music art .The book is loosely divided into structural sections. Exercises and compositions derived one from another mostly by level of difficulty . Through the initial exercise, then small etudes, polyphonic composition, variation, Sonatina, plays, '' several'' virtuoso compositions, and compositions for four hands, this book runs through the curriculum of elementary music school. The intention and desire was that every teacher can take from this book what he finds adequate to a certain point, or he can follow the book more consistently .The Authors also hope that the book will inspire many creative and inspired colleagues to continue to do something like this and so enrich our pedagogical literature. We owe our gratitude for the book primarily to our students, current and former, and our reviewer, Philip R. Buttall, whose suggestions greatly helped and cooperated in the design of the book, Boris Kraljević , who was among the first to support this achievement, to Irina Lubarova , the eminent pianist and professor from Tel Aviv, and our dear Professor.
